Open Water Certification Scholarships
It all begins when you find something you love. You want to protect it, learn all you can & you make it a priority.
We will be offering a space for 6 people ranging in ages from 12 to 16 to get the knowledge needed to pass the test required to obtain their Open Water Dive Certification right here in Traverse City, MI!
Some things to consider before applying for Scholarships are:
Can I commit and make it to classes everyday for 7 days straight?
Will my parents help me make it there and if they cannot is there another way for me to make it?
Am I fearful of being underwater for long periods of time?
There is a lengthy test that goes along with passing your Open Water Certification Course.
Our plan is to have the funding in place by early Summer, 2023. In the meantime, we will be accepting applications from people ages 12 - 16 years old to choose the lucky six! Click through here to fill out an application.
